Vendor Sharing
Vendor sharing lets you hand specific photos to a vendor — a florist, makeup artist, venue, planner, or anyone else who needs to see them — without giving them access to your full gallery or client features.
Create a vendor link
Open the gallery → click Share in the top navigation bar → Share with Vendor. Then fill in:
Vendor name — who this link is for
Vendor type — Florist, Makeup Artist, Venue, Planner, or Other
Photos to share — choose All photos, By category (pick whole sections), or Pick individually (hand-select specific photos)
Watermark — toggle on to apply your gallery's watermark to the shared photos, or off to share them clean
Link expires — 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or Never
Click Generate Link and you'll get a unique link you can copy or open directly.
What the vendor sees
Vendors access their link at its own dedicated URL — they see only the photos you chose to share, not your full gallery and not your portfolio.
You can create as many vendor links as you need for the same gallery — one per vendor, each with its own photo selection and expiration.
