Normal Share vs. Vendor Share

Both sharing methods get photos in front of someone else, but they work quite differently. Here's the breakdown.

Normal share (your gallery link)

• Shares the whole gallery — every published section

• Protected by your gallery password and client password, if you've set them

• Doesn't expire on its own — it's the same link for as long as the gallery is published

• If Client Access is on and the recipient has the client password, they get full client features: favoriting, hiding, commenting, and downloading (if enabled)

• Best for: your actual client

Vendor share

• Shares only the photos you choose — all of them, whole categories, or individually picked

• Uses its own separate link and doesn't require your gallery or client password

• Can be set to expire automatically (7, 30, or 90 days) or never

• No client features at all — no favoriting, hiding, or commenting. It's view-only, meant for reference

• Watermarking is a choice you make per link, independent of anything else

• Best for: florists, planners, venues, and anyone else who needs to see specific photos temporarily without full client access
