Publishing & Sharing a Gallery

Once your photos are uploaded and organized, it's time to get the gallery in front of your client.

1. Preview first

Open your gallery and click Preview in the top navigation bar to see exactly what your client will see.

2. Publish the gallery

Use the Publish/Unpublish toggle at the top of the gallery. While a gallery is unpublished, it's completely invisible to clients — a safe way to keep working on it in draft.

3. Control access (optional)

Open the Security tab to add a gallery password, set up a separate client password, or turn on download controls before you share the link.

4. Share the link

Send your client the gallery link — it's their private space to browse photos, download them, leave feedback, and pick their favorites if you've turned on Client Selects.

Check the gallery's Dashboard tab any time to see status, item count, storage used, and recent client activity like views and downloads.
