Privacy Options for Your Gallery
Gallerify gives you a few layers of privacy control, so you can decide exactly who sees a gallery and what they can do once they're in.
Unpublished vs. published
The first layer is simply whether the gallery is published. Use the Publish/Unpublish toggle in the gallery's top navigation bar — an unpublished gallery is completely invisible to everyone, no matter what else is configured.
Gallery password
Open the gallery → Security tab → enter a password in the Gallery Password field → Save. Anyone with the gallery link needs this password to view the gallery at all. Use this alone when you just want a private, view-only share.
Client password
Open the gallery → Security tab → enter a password in the Client Password field → Save. This is a separate password that unlocks client-specific features — feedback, favorites (selects), and hiding photos — once entered. It's independent of the gallery password.
Set a gallery password alone for view-only sharing (with vendors, family, etc.). Add a client password on top of it when you want your actual client to comment, favorite, and hide photos.
