How to Upload Videos to Your Gallery
Gallerify gives you two ways to add video to a gallery, depending on how you want it to appear to your client: as its own dedicated highlight section, or blended right in with your photos. This guide walks through both.
Note: Uploading video requires a Pro plan or above. How long a single video can be depends on your plan — Pro allows up to 1 hour, Pro Max up to 2 hours, Ultimate up to 4 hours, and Unlimited up to 8 hours.
Method 1: Featured Video section
Use this when you have one video — like a wedding highlight film or trailer — that deserves its own spotlight instead of sitting in a photo grid.
Open the gallery and go to the Collection tab
Click Add category (the + button)
Choose New Featured Video
Give the section a name, like "Highlight Film"
Upload your video file
The video now shows in its own section, played prominently instead of a photo grid. A Featured Video section holds exactly one video — to swap it out later, open the section and use Replace video, or Remove to delete it.
Method 2: Upload directly into a normal Collection
Use this when you want video clips mixed in naturally alongside your photos, in the same section.
Open the gallery and go to the Collection tab
Click into an existing Collection, or click Add category → New Collection to create one
Click Upload, or drag and drop your video file(s) into the upload area — the same way you'd upload photos
Your video appears right in the photo grid alongside the rest of the images in that Collection, in upload or custom order like any other item.
Which method should you use?
Featured Video — best for a single highlight reel or trailer that deserves its own spotlight, separate from the photo grid
Normal Collection — best when you want video clips interspersed naturally among photos in the same gallery flow
