Client Hide: What Your Client Doesn’t Want to See
Client hide lets your client remove photos they don't like from their own view of the gallery — separate from any hiding you do yourself as the photographer.
How it works
Once Client Access is on, your client can hide any photo they don't want to see. Once hidden this way, that photo disappears from the gallery for anyone browsing it — it's a gallery-wide hide, not just for that one visit.
How you see what they hid
Open the gallery → Collection tab. Photos your client has hidden show a distinct "Client hidden" badge over the thumbnail — different from your own manual hide, which shows a plain "Hidden" badge. This way you always know whether a photo is hidden because you hid it, or because your client did.
Client-hidden photos are a signal, not a deletion — the photo and file are completely untouched, it's just no longer shown in the client-facing gallery.
